In 2018, over half of Unistream online service transfers were made to Armenia, Georgia, Uzbekistan, Tajikistan and Kyrgyzstan. Now, the bank's clients can choose from any of the five languages for the most popular transfer destinations, as well as use basic Russian or English. The Unistream app has won acclaim thanks to its user-friendly interface and cutting-edge technologies: the total number of downloads has exceeded 200,000. It makes sending money to family and friends quick and easy: user data is stored automatically, and cards can be viewed in a separate tab. The transfer is paid out in cash at any of 150,000 Unistream points of service in Russia, the CIS, Europe and Asia — their addresses are also displayed in the app. The sender only needs their passport and reference number. Сlients can also receive transfers in national currency. This service is available in Moldova, Armenia, Tajikistan, Uzbekistan, Georgia, Belarus and Kazakhstan.
A variety of functions and a simple design have made the app quite popular. In 2018, it was used for 60% of Unistream online tranfers.
