The international money transfers system UNIStream started cooperation with the PrivatBank in Ukraine to develop its integration with the PrivateMoney operated by PrivatBank. The cooperation will increase the UNIStream’s service point number by over 4000.
The CEO for UNIStream Souren Hayriyan believes that integration with PrivateMoney is a significant step to increase the Ukrainian money transfers corridor and radically strengthens the system’s positions.
“PrivatBank is the largest financial institute in Ukraine. It has affiliates in Russia, Latvia, Georgia, branches in Portugal and Cyprus. It is one of the fastest dynamically developing banking group in CIS. Run by PrivatBank, PrivateMoney has been demonstrating steady positive dynamics and is stepping up its activity in Ukraine, Russia and others countries”, Hayriyan said.
While in 2006, UNIStream processed the amount of transactions worth $232-million in Ukraine, in the 3d quarter of 2007 alone, the transfers volumes grew to $200 million.
The UNIStream’s CEO believes the cooperation with PrivatBank will make a great contribution in further increase in volumes.
