The number of transactions processed through International Money Transfer System UNIStream exceeded 10 million. These results with the growth of key financial indicators show that the System conforms to its strategy for intensive development of the network of locations in the CIS countries, Russia and worldwide, by increasing turnover and becoming a strong international money transfer operator.
Entering into the market in 2001, UNISTREAM introduced the concept of affordable and good-quality services and, thus, contributed to forming of a civilized segment of money transfer market in the CIS, what resulted in reaching leadership positions in this area. Today, UNISTREAM is the first system in Armenia, Kyrgyzstan and Moldova, the second - in Ukraine, Tajikistan and Uzbekistan.
In 2007 over 3,7 million transactions were processed via UNISTREAM, that is two times figure of previous year. And in the first half of 2008 the number of processed transactions is over 2.5 million, which is approximately 70 % of the turnover of 2007.
in 2007 the total volume of transactions via UNISTREAM was equal to $ 3,7 billion with average sum of transactions $1200. Hence, in 2007 UNISTREAM reached a 100 percent growth as a year in 2006.
